高一英語復(fù)習(xí)要點

【篇一】

1. ever since 自從

I haven’t heart from him ever since last year.

我自從去年以來就未曾受到過他的來信。

Ever since 引導(dǎo)的時間短語或從句作狀語常與現(xiàn)在完成時連用。

2. dream 夢、做夢

1) Vi.

做夢 dream a/an +adj. + dream “做了一個……夢”

Dream a good dream 做了一個好夢

夢見 dream +that

She dreamed that they can fly.

在否定和疑問句中作“想到，料到”后接that從句

I never dreamed that he would be so handsome.

做夢也沒有想到他如此帥

2)Vt.

dream about/for“夢見;夢想;向往”

I once dreamed of Dod.

我曾夢見過上帝

3).較否定和疑問句中接介詞of “想到、料到”

I wouldn’t dream of hurting you.

3. persuade vt. 說服、勸服：

1)persuade sb. to do sth=persuade sb. into doing sth

說服某人做某事

I have persuaded him to give up smoking.

我已經(jīng)說服他戒煙理科

2)persuade sb out of (doing) sth 勸說某人不要做某事

We persuaded him out of his foolish plan.

我們勸他停止了他的愚蠢的計劃

3)persuade “是……相信”，后加that 從句

I am firmly persuaded that she was telling the truth.

我堅信事實就是這樣

advise:只勸說，不一定說服

The doctor advised me to eat less meat.

醫(yī)生勸我少吃肉

3. graduate v.畢業(yè)

graduate from 從……畢業(yè)

I graduated from Peking University.

graduate n. 畢業(yè)生，@畢業(yè)生

graduation n. 畢業(yè)

4. finally, in the end, at last

1) finally強(qiáng)調(diào)活動過程的終結(jié)，“較后”“末了”一是在列舉事物或論點時引出較后一項內(nèi)容;二是在動詞前面表示“等了好久”

2)at last 與finally的第二個用法相同，但往往用于一番拖延或曲折后，因而帶有濃厚的感*彩。如不耐煩、不愿意

3) in the end 與finally 的第二個用法相同，而且能用于預(yù)卜將來，而at last和finally則不能

【篇二】

1. be good to 對……友好 be good for 對……有益;be bad to…/be bad for…

2. add up 加起來 增加 add up to 合計，總計

add… to 把……加到……

3. not…until/till 意思是“直到…才”

4. get sth/sb done 使……完成/使某人被……

5. calm down平靜下來

6. be concerned about 關(guān)心 關(guān)注

7. 當(dāng)while, when, before, after 等引導(dǎo)的時間狀語從句中的主語與主句的主語一致時，可將從句中的主語和be動詞省去。

While walking the dog, you were careless and it got loose. 8. cheat in the exam 考試作弊

9. go through 經(jīng)歷;度過;獲準(zhǔn)，通過 10. hide away 躲藏;隱藏 11. set down 寫下，記下

12. I wonder if….. 我不知道是不是…. 12. on purpose 故意

13. sth happen to sb 某人發(fā)生某事

sb happen to do sth 某人碰巧做某事 it so happened that ……正巧 碰巧

14. It is the first (second…) that… (從句謂語動詞用現(xiàn)在完成時) 15. in one’s power 處于……的控制之中 16. It’s no pleasure doing…. 做…..沒有樂趣

It’s no good/ use doing sth. 做某事是沒好處/沒用的

17. She found it difficult to settle and calm down in the hiding place. it做形式賓語 18. suffer from 患…病;遭受 19. so…that… /such…thay…

20. get tired of…. 對…感到勞累 疲憊

21. have some trouble with sb/sth. 在……上遇到了麻煩

22. get along with sb/sth. 與某人相處

23. ask(sb)for advice. (向某人)征求建議

24. make 后接復(fù)合賓語，賓語補(bǔ)足語須用不帶to 的不定式、形容詞、過去分詞、名詞等。常見的有以下幾種形式:

make sb. do sth.讓 (使)某人做某事 make sb. /sth. +adj. 使某人/物…

make sb./ oneself +v-ed 讓某人/自己被…

When you speak, you should make yourself understood. make sb.+n. 使某人成為…

25. alone /lonely. 單獨的/孤獨的

26. I would be grateful if… 委婉客氣提出請求

27. Why not do….. = why don’t you do…
